when I floor it it will rev to 2100 rpm then it slightly stumbles then revs up to around 3000 rpm has good power filters good 13 psi floored aps good. ??????

I would think air is getting into your fuel system some how. How do the fuel lines look?

No codes lines look good no leaks,while engine is out going to have injectoe pump & injectors checked
