Okay everyone. I have a quick question, my truck has the two factory fog lights in the bumper. They are wired up and a plug comes out the bottom of my bumper for them. The problem is the other side is no where to be found. My truck does not have the fog light option on my light switch inside. So what I was wonder, is there a way that I can just direct wire them into my low beams, that way they are always on when my low beams are on and they turn off when I switch to my highs?

You may be able to do that. The other option is to go to a wrecker, buy a sport headlight switch, and swap that out. Then you just need a relay and the circuit works. I did this with my truck.

 

you can wire them into the low beams, but then you will be pulling more power from the low beam wires then was intended to be drawn from them. best to use a relay if you plan on doing that. they will switch off when you switch to high bean since high and low use different wires.

 

I would like to find the sport headlight switch, I will call some junk yards and see if they have one. If not I will wire it with the relay like Jigabop said. Thanks you guys.

Side note, raw I love your truck, I would like to build mine to be almost exactly the same one day.
