Default t4i flange adapter leak

anyone on here had a problem with a flange adapter leak? i have a he351ve on my 24v. it worked beautiful the first week. got a couple heat cycles through her and well now i have a leak between the 2 adapter pieces. i have already tried re tightening the bolts. im sure someone else on here has had a similar problem. and i would really prefer not to weld it. i plan on doing a batmowheel possibly and sending the turbo out to be rebalanced eventually so welding is not ideal. its really bothering me having the flange leak black smoke into my engine compartment only to have it sucked up by BHAF . any success stories or ideas would be great! i might just take them out and have my buddy machine them down to perfect flat again.
