If the spring on the throttle control valve cable was hooked up backwards is the going to blow anything in the Tranny? And which way is the right way for the spring to be pulling towards the front of the truck or back? When I had it hooked up pulling towards the back my shifts where hard now that I got it pulling the other way it seemed to be fine but now it's taking a while to shift if it even does when it's like it's slowing engaging when it does and if I get under the truck and move the cable back and fourth its good for a shift or two....can anyone help??
