Hydroboost replacement 98.5 ram 2500

Hydroboost replacement 98.5 ram 2500
Anyone have any idea how long it wil take seems the hydroboost lost its accumulator! how common a problem is this ? I was glad It happened in driveway instead of on the road since I lost the power steering and brakes.
