I am using a stock style KYB stabilizer with mine. I would think 4th gen should work as well but I'm not sure. With you planning to run a Borgeson box you will have to cut about 1/2 inch off the pitman arm tie rod threads to get your steering wheel straight since the Borgeson box is shifted over towards the passenger side vs the stock box.

I like the Borgeson so far. Definitely better than the wore out box it replaced. The Borgeson is a delphi box that has been modified to mount up on a 2nd gen and it shifts the pitman arm towards the passenger side about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. Since the 4th gen linkage is a little longer than 2nd gens, with a Borgeson box installed you won't have enough adjustment on the drag link to be able to center the steering wheel. So when or if you put a Borgeson on you will have to take the pitman arm tie rod out of the adjusting sleeve and cut about a 1/2 inch off on the threaded end.
