Yea I've decided I'm gonna step up to a 3rd gen when mine sells. Might as well get something newer and actually worth that kinda price

 

For that price you can get an 03-04 3rd gen thats in pretty good shape. My truck was the same price as an 04 quad cab had newer 35's and lifted and 150k. Was an auto tho.. Im glad I bought my truck and for what I paid for a rust free 2nd gen manual wasnt that bad.
