I have a 2001 dodge cummins with an intake, exhaust, edge ez box and a raptor 100 lift pump. It started acting like it was running out of fuel when I let off the peddle. So I stepped back on the peddle to keep it running, this happened about 3 times then as I was pulling into my driveway it died and now it wont start. I have checked for air in the fuel lines, checked the fuel filter and also tested the fuel pressure from the raptor and it read zero. Do I have a bad lift pump ?

Are you getting any fuel through the lines?
