Default Erratic idle after warm-up

Hey guys,

Been noticing a little bounce in the idle after I let the truck warm up. It's barely noticeable but it's been irritating me. After I drive it and come to a stop it's a little worse. It feels and sounds like a miss or something.

Y'all can see what I've done to the truck from the sig. I called Thoroughbred Diesel and was told it's probably a leaking feed tube.

Any thoughts?

It could be as i had a similar issue and resolved it with a draw straw 5. Do the air in in the fuel test with clear hose under load before dropping the tank. Could be a number of things so start test, not replacing.

I'll do the air in fuel test on my next day off, it's not my daily driver. I was extremely methodical when I installed the injectors, not torquing until positioned with feed tubes correctly etc. I did not replace feed tube o-rings but I inspected all tubes thoroughly inside and out and found no scarring or pitting or anything out of the ordinary. I really don't think it's the feed tubes as I can't detect any fuel in the engine oil.

Any way, I appreciate the help.

fuel tubes wouldn't cause fuel in oil.As far as Fuel tube orings they could cause a hard start after sitting for a while. Could be a prob with injectors or pump.

The truck starts right up and runs great. No leaks anywhere and I have no other problems other than the idle. I've got 17 rock solid psi at idle and great throttle response, mileage etc.

The problem started after the VP, injectors and AirDog were installed.

Hot rod vps can have a funny idle at times but i ddnt see that you have a hotrod. What brand injectors? What year truck? Did you do nozzles or full injectors?

It's a S.O. VP and the injectors are from Industrial Injection. The truck only has 89 K miles.
