How will larger injectors affect fuel pressure?
I have a 1999 that is stock except for a 5" exhaust, edge juice with attitude, and a cold air intake and a raptor factory replacement lift pump.
My fuel pressure as of now is 14-15 at idle, 11-12 running down the road at 55 and 7-8 at wot. I am thinking about putting in bosch rv275 injectors just for a little extra power and from what i read and a little better fuel mileage. My concern is will the slightly larger injectors drop my fule pressure to where it will shorten my vp44's life? I really dont want to drop the money on a new or rebuilt vp44. my fuel mileage as of now is 15-17.5 which i can live with since i am running on 35" tires with an auto tranny and 4:10 rearend.

you are already in the danger zone because your under 10psi under load, you need a higher GPH lift pump, i dont think the injectors will make that much difference in pressure, but that is moot since your fuel psi is too low already
