I was looking at buying a smarty from a boy and when he plugged it up to my truck it doesn't power up. But when he plugs it up to his truck it works. I've got and IOD fuse that is blowed. Would this be the reason the smarty won't power up?

 

Yes.check your fuses one of them runs that.
