atf+4 questions

So this maybe a dumb question but is all atf+4 synthetic or no. Been reading up on it and some have Synthetic on the front while others don't but on the back it'll say synthetic in it?

I can't speak for all brands of atf+4, but mopar and valvoline is full synthetic. I've used valvoline the past two fluid changes with no problems.
