ive got a 99 4x4. truck was running fine until about 2 days ago. now it wont get out of its own way! like it gives me half throttle, no matter even if i push it to the floor. only about 10 lbs of boost. its seems basically like its dead? ive got an airdog lift pump. cold air intake, and exhaust the rest is stock. i have no clue whats going on? please help me.

 

Have you checked for codes? I would suggest resetting the apps first. If that doesn't work follow the apps testing procedure in this link VP44 Diagnostic

 

ive tried reseting it didnt work. im gonna try to change fuel filter, and if that doesnt work, im gonna get a new tps sensor. hopefully that will work

 

Check for codes. To get get codes you can do the key trick (off, on, off, on, off, on leave key in the on position and codes will show in the digital odometer) but a scanner is better as some codes will not show with the key trick. Before throwing money at the apps, you should test it as a failing injection pump can cause the same problems you are having.

 

How do I know if it's the injector pump ?
