i would check your transmission. second gen dodges have a lot of trouble going into limp mode when the trans is overheating or even low on fluid. i had the same problem and then i installed a trans temp gauge. it would get really hot, go into limp mode and cool down, and then when the temp was back down, it would we fine again. just like yours.

its like there is zero power at all. my brothers honda ruckus moped can beat it in a race at this point. like it will only give me about half throttle power and wont go over 10lbs of boost. could it be something with the vp44?

Check your coolant level. I had low coolant due to a leaking water pump and the limp mode kept it from overheating. We added coolant and replaced the water pump and the issue went away.
