I have a mostly standard truck. I put in a twin disc Billet t/c. Wish to install an upgraded valve body to extend life of transmission and improve towing performance. Looking for recommendations.

Anything going to give me braking while decelerating? I don't want to install an exhaust brake. But the tranny pretty much goes into coast mode when going down hill. Especially problematic in 4 wheel drive and going down steep grades.

 

Suncoast makes a great towing valvebody with updated solenoids for a decent price

 

For anyone who tows on the regular, you really should install and exhaust brake. They do wonders!

 

I've heard good things about Suncoast and Dunrite. I'm currently shopping for one myself.

I dont think you will find one with any Trans breaking.
