I need factory lug nuts for a dodge 3500 duelly I have factory rims and all I can find is the acorn style lug nuts and not the flat flanged lug nuts I bought a complete set of 6 rims with tires that only have one summer on them but I have aftermarket rims on truck now and those lug nuts do not fit the only replacement lug nut I can find is dorman model 611-296 but they are 9.99 apiece and I need all 32 of them that's a lot of money

 

Best I've found so far is $6.46 a piece at rockauto.com. I'll see what I can dig up at work tomorrow for you.

 

Try Ebay. I got a set on there for around $50.
