have you changed fuel system relay with the wiper relay? that often will fix it.

 

yea i have swapped them

 

i just got done putting a injection pump on it. i cleared the code and it comes right back on as soon as i start the truck. i have cleared it 3x's with the scanner. when i start it the truck revs up too 1200 rpm real quick and drops down too 800.

Check your battery terminals and all your grounds for any corrosion. Also check the ecm harness and vp harness. If all those are good you might want to take it to dodge and have them test your ecm.

 

I have cleaned all my grounds except on the block. I put new terminals on the battery cables. A couple of the cables had a lite green in them but it wasnt bad.
