Are Banks products smog legal in CA? i cannot find the answer to this question anywhere. i thought they were but not sure. I'm asking specifically about the Banks Monster-Ram elbow for my 2000 24 valve.

 

Yes his products a CARB approved. He's based outa Cali and thats one of his claims to fame being Carb compliant. Its been so long ago now but when I got my banks intercooler and monster intake it came with a carb sticker to put on the truck
