Default Mounting Traction bars

I got a set of CPP's traction bars (70-80 inch) and i was wonder at what length should i mount them to the truck? I was thinking up to the drive shaft carrier bearing? Truck is a extended cab long bed. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I can't say I'm familiar with Traction Bars. A call to CPP may not hurt to see what they suggest.
