Default throttle position sensor

new to diesels, how hard is it to put one of these in?

Very easy, check out Timbo'c APPS. Takes about a half hour.

its not to bad its under the injection pump with a swivel its easy

Yep, pretty easy to change. If you need one, I suggest Timbo. What makes you want to change it out?

well when i bought the truck, the guy said that it needed one he said he knows this because he just had a new torque converter put into it and a trans and the trans builder said the code was coming up as the throttle position sensor, the truck at certain speed it will rev up and down you can slow down or speed up and it will go away its only at certain speeds
