ok...you might get it up to 60 and brake to 20. do this a couple times and then get out and smell every wheel. if a caliper is locking up you will smell your brakes and possibly even see smoke. We see this alot at my shop

the one rear caliper was just replaced because it locked up. wonder if the other one is freezing up now.

Yes dw is felt in the steering wheel but not always a shaking/vibration sometimes the wheel will just be turning back and forth uncontrollably. Certainly could be the brakes though.

I am not sure how you wouldn't feel it in the steering wheel if the whole truck was shacking violently....not saying death wobble was the issue but if the truck is shaking you gonna feel it in the steering wheel, seat, floorboard...etc

Now that i think about i am wondering if the wire connecting my quadzilla adr to my vp44 was making a bad connection and was sending a lot of fuel then not and possibly that caused the truck to buck like it did.

Check your tranny mount, if the mount is bad it could cause the trans to move sideways a little when you really get on it causing a driveline vibration. I've had it happen to me, just put a block of wood on top of a floor jack and jack under tranny, if the whole truck starts to go up it's ok but if you see the mount seperating and just the trans raising time for a new mount.

have metal flakes in my rear diff, and not the hairy metal ones, they like very small metal flakes. im thinking that vibration at 60mph i have been having is one of the bearings in the rear diff, guess its time to pull the cover and order a master rebuild kit from yukon. and will do the factory locker clutches while my buddy is in there too.
