Default Speedo Recalibrate

I just bought a 99 a few weeks ago and the other day I had my gps in the truck and noticed my speedo is about 10 mph off. It's not chipped and i planned on buying a qaudzilla adrenalin box for it but I don't believe you can recalibrate it with that chip. Is there any other options for recalibrating it?

The quad or an edge can adjust for bigger tires but it will only show on the monitor it wont change the speedo. The only way I know to change the speedo is to buy a smarty or go to a dealer or a shop that has a DRBIII tool.

I had a dealer do it before I had a Smarty. The Smarty works as well, but the calibration will reset if I pull the tune out.
