brake light question

brake light question
ok i am having problems with an 01 all of the lights, turn signals,ect work accept for the brake lights. i have checked all of the fuses and replaced the turn signal switch assembly and that didnt help anything? what could cause this any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks
