Default 2001 lost some power need help

I need help I just bought a 2001 dodge Cummins. The truck has an edge programmer 4in exhaust and cold air intake with air dogg fuel system. The truck has 119000 miles and did run awesome. Started it up after 30 min warm up in the cold and the truck now has a hesitation going up hills and seems to have lost power pulling my tractor? I recently added ash less 2 stroke oil to a full tank. I only added 16oz which is what I run in my 7.3 diesel. The truck starts and runs fine until it under a load and just seems to have lost power? Any ideas?

Thats my next move would have already done it but had to order it off the internet. I noticed a damp spot on the rear of the block looks to be coming from the last cylinder off the exhaust manifold?

With 20 psi fuel pressure it doesn't sound like a fuel pressure problem, I'm thinking it's not a fuel filter..

True, it could not be a fuel problem; but we need to know if that metering point is post filter or pre filter.

The OP IMO needs to build a boost tester, because I truly think he has a boost leak.

I'm not sure on where the pressure is measured. i'll look I'm not that familar with the air dogg system.

Check to see where your fuel pressure gauge is connected. The best place is if the fuel line connected to the Injector Pump (IP) has a tap, and the sensor (or mechanical line) comes from that point. Then the pressure reading is after the original fuel filter, and gives the best/most accurate reading.

Some people drilled/tapped the fuel filter top cover - it is less representative. Some people have the fuel pressure sensor at/on the Lift Pump ...and then it would be before the fuel filter and some fuel line that, if small, might be kinked or otherwise obstructed!

Check to see what you have and post the results.
