Question Does anyone know?

I live in a small town where dodges are at war with the fords,,well last night i ran into a guy with a f250 with i think he said a hts programmer in it and he said it was pushing 680hp at the wheels other then the programmer he said he was stock....when i said lets see he got all mad and he went and tried to get in front of me to shoot smoke at me or something well i fired up my truck quick enough got in front ogf him and i got him with smoke...i know it sounds dumb but i dont like fords...anyway he got onto pavement and laid a patch was very long i got 38s on my truck and i lay a pacht way longer...anyway is it possiable for a stock ford to be pushing 680hp with an hts tuner or could he be full of it?? Just want to say hes full of it cause it sure didnt look like 680hp....

He's full of it. The highest hp gain that any programer I've seen is 160hp and fords dont come stock with anywhere near 520hp.

I work with a guy that has a dyno proven 610 on his 6.4 with only a drop in k&n, 5 inch exhaust, egr delete and custom tunes on a sct tuner. 680 seems stretched but I can tell you 600 is reachable and pretty easy with the right tuning on that 6.4
