yea i heard the lines to the injectors are over 30,000 psi????

 

Common rails run 30,000+psi. Our trucks run 16,000-18,000psi. Still make a hell of a mess on the garage floor tho. That is one quick way to see if your vp44 is seized. Once you have flow to your lines leave em open and crank it for 60sec. If you have a puddle of fuel under your truck vp44 is good.

 

It fired up just fine after I cranked the injectors back down. glad I didn't have to buy an expensive part
