I dont agree....'dents' and bulges are almost 100% of the time a sign of seperation...this is called a mnufacturing defect and should be warrantied in most cases.
I personally would NEVER keep tires that were seperating...
If you are getting brand new tires with dents in them from the manufacturer, then you should be refusing them.

I feel that when I pay for a product, it should be free of defects or blemishes. If I opted for a blem, I should get what I pay for. Regardless the product should be safe.
Regarding the dents. I didn't care until the truck started bouncing down the freeway. Either way I don't expect to pay full price for a product that is defected.
I got lucky and PepBoys made a customer happy enough to spend more money their. More buisnesses should.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The Coppers are the same way, dents all around the tire, but the truck handles like normal. I have only put a 100 mile on them and I have not put a load on it. Any suggestions and what are your tires like? Do they have dents in the sidewall?
