common rail intake horn on 99 vp44 24v?

common rail intake horn on 99 vp44 24v?
hey guys, not sure if anyone would know this but will a intake horn off a common rail 5.9 fit a 99 24v motor. its an ats horn, the guy says it will fit.

well it fits believe it or not. the only thing thats weird about it is the way it connects to the rubber boot. doesnt quiet line up how the stock one does, but it does work.
