P0234 no power

P0234 no power

My 02 has a the P0234 code and it has no power up hill's. From what I understand it is the wastegate stuck close. What is the best way to free it up/check if that's the problem?

As I under stand some people leave it stuck shut and buy a boost fooler/chip?

get a new one there not that much. maybe take it off and try to get it un stuck?
