Default Raptor pooped out, did I damage vp???

Driving down the road at 15 psi and suddenly the truck started bucking, zero psi, shut it down and towed it home. Could I have damaged the IP in a short time like 20 seconds???

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Forgot to mention at about 45mph and 1500 rpm.

I would say not,as long as it was getting good pressure all the time leading up to what happened.

I lost my injection pump when my airdog hiccuped for a split second at 75-80 at 2200-2300 rpms. Was pulling a hill with 15 psi and then nothing it just died. Tried bleeding air out after i got the airdog running and i had 10 codes foe bad vp. Just a thought

Update

Pure Flow called first thing this morning, quite impressed that Kyle called within minutes of opening (they are very good about getting back with you) and he suggested removing the cover plate to see if something is locking up the pump. I am going to give that a whirl and I plan on putting a filter on the low side of the raptor for additional protection.

Here is the latest. Finally got to work on the truck today and dropped the pump. I found a small piece of debris, looked like rubber, that was locking up the pump. I called Vulcan performance and ordered a fuel water seperator to put on the low side of my new raptor 150, which I ordered from pure flow as well today. I am going to keep the 100 as a backup since I find myself traveling long distance and frequently in desolate places. I also went with a new draw straw from Vulcan, going to have so much fun dropping the tank again. I got the straw because my FP would drop quick under light acceleration only after a 100 miles after topping off. Feel free to give me your thoughts.
