Just wanted to let everybody know Im new to the site and ready to see what all I can learn.

 

First things first, cut a hole on the ride side of the kick plate in front of your passenger seat and clean all that crap out and your AC will blow Twice as cool, most likely you will have leaves and dirt caked into that filter. Cut a large 6 inch hole and use a boat porthole to cover it so you can access it anytime it needs to be cleaned.

The turbo on the 1st gen does not have a silencer ring so you cannot make it any louder without extensive modification.

A BHAF *Big Honkin Air Filter* looks amazing and I highly recommend it just search the forum you will find it!

Also look for 2nd and 3rd gen towing mirror conversions on the 1st gen forums, looks amazing and I am actually building a kit myself that requires less modification
