Default cluster and transmission question

whats going on guys i just picked up a 1989 dodge cummins w250 single cab with the nv4500 swap i think ... if the floor is not cut than its a getdrag right??

i have cluster lights but no gauges work does anybody have a diagram of the wiring also.....
the speed cable is broken but if i buy a new one will it even work because its a swapped trans so i was told

my gauges were doing that turned out to be a bad fuse link in the engine compartment. There's a sticky about them. And I don't think there is a speed cable, I believe it's a sensor in the transmission with wires going to it, if it is the NV4500 it's that way for sure. So you either have a bad sensor, broken wire, or loose connection.
