91.5 w250 truck won't start by the key only clicks and all the dash lights come on when key is turned. It's a 5 speed so when I don't press the clutch it don't click but when I do it clicks so I guess the CSS is working right? And itll fire off by hooking jumper cables to the battery in the truck by touching the small wire on the starter for a sec. Also I got a leak from the front of the motor running down the passenger side of the motor. Is that the waterpump? It steadily drips while off and gets worse when the radiator cap is off. Please help!
