Good possibility the rods are loose, you can buy replacement clips from the "help" section. Either that or it may be you need new seals in your door, does your rattle tend to decrease with your window up?

Depending on where the window is, the noise is more or less. If you push in on the door panel it tends to go away.

Sounds like your missing a few door panel clips.

Sounds like you need some new weather stripping in the window channel plus rod clips.

Where can i get new weatherstripping from? both doors and windows could use it. Do they make pre-cut ready to go?

Another thing to check is the striker bolt for wear as it can make the door rattle if it's loose enough.

I get my stuff through rockauto.com. They have the scraper seals, upper seal and window divider seals. It does sound like you might just be missing a couple clips though. Alot of times the plastic around the screw that it tucked under the arm rest cracks and lets the panel rattle.
