I was wondering if anyone has put a ZF auto in their dodge? Seems like a better trans. I am just wondering about the controls.

I guess maybe all of their automatics are too large for the 1 ton chassis. I know they made manual gearboxes smaller. I was just hoping for a fairly easy, fairly cheap option for my cracked 727.
