Question Chevy NV4500 in a first gen?
I found an NV4500 out of a chevy truck for $600 obo. Its at a scrap yard because the truck was wrecked but the trans is fine. I just wanna know if it will work in my 89 cummins?

It will but you will need a different engine backing plate and you will at least change the mainshaft in the trans to match the dodge tcase
