yeaj NO kidding i was trying to not have to disconnect everything but after about 4.5 hours of work i think im gonna completely drop the axle and just jack the thing up get the springs on and then reposition the axle back needless to say wishing for the end product but dreading the work in between

It took me and 2 friends 3 days to get everything done! And the brake line for the parking brake needs to be loosend before you can put the lift in the rear

well, i've been working on it this morning and the shackle bracket on the passenger side on the front suspenison will not let go of the leaf spring. I've tried prying hammering wiggling everything now i think that i'm gonna have to torch the thing out cause i realize the things cracked whether from me torquing on the thing or age i dont know but im gonna have to get a new bracket, dont know if they come in a single or a pair at auto zone but ill find out i did manage to turn around my spring on the driver's side cause i realized i put it on backwards the other day if that dang bracket had let go i might have been done by now but for now work has to stop cause i gotta go take Christmas pics with my family

We had to burn the old bushings out And I had to drop the axle and put the springs on the axle then put the axle and springs on the truck same with the rear but DONT take the springs out of the rear! just drop the axle and put the blocks in. That will save you your sanity

well i've finished the front there's the final look and there's what the orginal springs looked like next to the new ones started at 10am and finished about 230pm so i'm pretty happy with it. Still gotta do the back springs sorry 1989w250 it's not that i dont think you give good advice but i've allready bought the springs for the rear, and so i foolishly have to continue on after doing the front i'm pretty sure the backs gonna be even worse seing as how im gonna have to drop the fuel tank to remove the springs ill add more when i start the rear springs
