hey guys i wanna get an intercooler from a 99 powerstroke to put in my first gen can someone tell me the work involved an where i might be able to get my hands on a used intercooler? Thanks!

1. make sure it has aluminum ends
2. eBay, local junkyards
3. Air to Water Intercooler to test for leaks
4. 1991 - 1993 CoolerTubz for tubes-bottom of the page

 

thanks!! i have been lookin around for an intercooler but no luck yet. i found a power stroke that might have one but i am not sure of the year yet its wrecked in the front end to and i dont know what the shape of the intercooler will be in until i look further into it.

These guys have a few SD Fords and could probably get you an IC, plus they have a first gen or two.
