how much do rear drums cost

just wondering how much i need to pay for new rear drums

Mine were ~$80 each a the local brake shop.

RockAuto has them from $30-130 depending on single vs dual, etc

Napa has them from $55-$73 ea. depending on size

I know this isnt what you asked about, but if you are planning on keeping the truck, you might seriously think about doing a rear disc brake conversion. Its one of the most satisfying, relatively easy, and cost effective performance modifications that a general DIY'er can easily do in his or her driveway. Unless I don't plan on keeping the truck I'd rather convert it to discs than rebuild or maybe even re-assemble a set of drums brakes.
