Default Governor spring and fuel screw issues?

I just put a 366 spring in my 91.5 auto W250, advanced the pump, and turned up the fuel screw until the engine idles down slowly. This thing runs worse than before, less smoke, less boost, less performance overall. I didn't know if it was related to the fuel pin so I put one off of another truck which runs great, indexed it the same with no change.

I don't want this thing to smoke but I do want it to drive the H1C to its full potential and make me buy another turbo.

I am going to pull an injector tomorrow to see if by chance someone put some shitty flowing injectors in it.

Does anyone have any ideas? It starts good and drives ok aside from the gross lack of power, I drove it 250 miles today with no issues other than not being able to hold more than 70 up steeper grades and when you stop at a light with it in drive it idles way down to the point of nearly dying which didn't happen before. I need a VE pump expert to tell me wtf is going on with this engine.

did you go the right way on the timing? pushed the top of the pump towards the head right?

turn ur idle up about 800-850

is the full throttle screw all the way out and if u push the pedal dose it open the pump all the way

Yes pump is pulled to the head, idle was achieve with fuel screw not the idle screw. From everything I know about these motors/pumps this thing should run excellent...but it doesn't.

We even backed off the pump timing to around stock and saw no change.

OK pulled an injector and I'm unsure about them.

Bosch body 8965
Nozzle 9093 has 6 holes.
