dually

Do I need to change my axles to make my truck a dually? Or do I just need rims and a spacer?

It all depends what your gona do with the truck, if your gona tow heavy i would recomend a dually axcel,

if you just want a dually spacers ( billit steel not aluminum ) would be ok.
