Default Another Tranny question

I had my Trans rebuilt twice now. When I install it after first rebuild it would not pull its self, the shop came and tow my truck and pulled it and rebuilt it again for free, now it seams to be shifting to fast as well slipping when going into overdrive.
My question is they are telling me that the Throttle Valve Cable is out of adjustment along with the TPS is needing adjusting, I check the TPS its setting at 1. Volt right where it should be. Will a TVC cause it to shift fast and slip while going into overdrive?

A mis-adjusted cable will cause it to shift too fast. All the tps does is tells the ecm when to shift into od. It sounds like they messed up something inside.
