Your best bet is to get your current one rebuilt.

I tried but it was deemed unrebuildable

Oh wow. Then that takes out the possibility of using an A1 Cardone part unless you basically didn't redeem your core

I have one in my 92 that is only being used for the alternator and what ever else it runs. Reason being is that i know have a 5 speed in place of the auto.

That would be incorrect. The 1991.5 is a one-year-only (or more specifically, half-year-only) configuration with the alternator remaining externally regulated. I deleted the PCM from my 1991.5 2 years ago by re-wiring and manually switching the necessary things to work without it.

Make me an offer, and you can have mine.

Oh thats cool I didnt know that, I have a 91.5, ya learn sumthin everyday, and i was wondering why it was wired differant from my 92 always figured since it was a 91.5 it would be just like the 92 kinda like an 07.5 6.7 is just like an 08 6.7 or sumthing like that but either way all the wiring is fu*ked up in both of them just like all 1st gen dodges

It's pretty simple to eliminate the computer box from a '91 stick truck. Auto is a bit more complicated.
