Hi guys I have a question concerning frames and bodies of first gen dodge trucks. I bought a 1990 w250 cummins 4x4. Its single cab with a blown motor. I bought a 1991 2wd cummins 350 one ton flat bed for the motor. I then bought just an extra cab body from a 1990 gass long bed 2wd.
My goal is to end up putting my extra cab body on one of the frames, but i need it to be 4x4. If i put the extra cab on my w250 it would be easier because its already 4wd, but im concerned because the bed will not fit anymore.
Is my only option to install the extra cab on my w250 4x4 frame and build a custom bed for it, or flat bed?

Im sorry i also have one more question. If I pull my single cab off the 1990 w250 frame will any of the body mounts line up on the 1990 extracab im wanting to run?

 

I would take the dually axle and put it on the 4x4 truck and make a single cab 4x4 dually
