the throttle screw is usually held on with a nut....break that loose and then you should be ok to turn it out with a screwdriver....dont try to put it back in without taking the throttle screw out...9 times out of 10 you end up stripping out the hex bolt

whoops....just saw you meant to take out.....but it still applies....i managed to take it off with the throttle screw in but i had a 5mm long allen wrench in a socket....and almost did strip the screw out so feel along the back of the throttle screw and you should find the nut
hope it helps

if there is some bit left you can try to maybe put a slightly larger size allen head in...make sure that idle screw is out definitely this time and try to tap your allen wrench in with a hammer as far as it will go.....i hope there's a bit of edge left to get it
anyone else with any ideas?

Try an Allen head with the rounded ball on the bottom, it'll let you get fully into the socket with out being DIRECTLY square with the head which is impossible... I actually chewed into the side of the AFC a little bit and bent my Allen wrench to fit into the head squarely

if it's completely stripped and your bound and determined to get in there...i can think of a couple things but i can't guarantee any success with it being that close to the motor.
1. try to slot the allen head somehow and turn it with a screwdriver
2. try finding a pair of vise grips that will fit in there
3. try to knock the head off the screw and deal with trying to get the rest of it out once you remove the top
4. Leave it and just tighten the rest and hope it doesn't leak
That's about all i can think of right now...maybe someone else has an idea or dealt with this before
