Question water/ meth injection

ok so i was looking at the Diesel Stage 3 MPG-MAX™ Boost Cooler 5.9L Cummins for my 91 dodge intercooled and pretty much stock, my first question is will it work in my truck or am i just totally looking for the wrong thing? second is how hard is the install on one of these? ive never done one or even seen one? and third is is it really worth it? i have no egt gauge now and it has one built into the system so i really like that but will it really be worth the money and time?

I have the Snow stage 3 kit not hard to install at all. It's basically mounting the tank, pump, running wires and drilling a few holes. 3 in your intake horn and one in your exhaust manifold. 2 holes are for injector nozzles 1 is for the boost you will need to tap all 3, easily done with horn off the truck. When you drill the manifold have the engine running this helps with shavings and don't center your hole or you will hit the divider plenum. Also the increases are immediately noticeable in power especially with a 49% meth mix and I gain 1-2 mpg on just water.

thanks and i will probably take out the maifold and turbo when i decide to install it because that seems a little safer to me i would rather just buy some new gaskets and do it that way the risk anything, and thats so sick to get better fuel milage with just water

The water mist cools the incoming air like an intercooler does and colder air= more power. On the cost to fill it that's kinda up to you Snows boost juice is pricey 6 bucks a gallon from summit racing, but you can mix your own way cheaper. Just got to find a place that sales racing fuels they will have methanol it's around 3 bucks a gallon here and mix no more than 49% meth to 51% water and that makes it about 1.50 a gallon. You can also run -20 washer fluid just make sure it uses methanol. Wally world stuff works fine. From what I have noticed you get a little bump from just water 25-30 hp all the way to 70+ hp on 49% mix.

Oh and on how often you have to fill it depends on on how you have it set you can either suck it down or seemingly run forever on a tank I leave mine set for egt's I tow alot but you can set it to spray at boost levels as low as 12-15 pounds this drains it because its just to fun! a 7 gallon tank should last couple hundred miles once the new wears off

There's nothing to burn. In actuality, you could increase your fuel because the colder air coming in will allow for it.

Skip the over-sized injection lines ~ waste of money.
