Default What should the stall rating on the torque converter i am getting be?

Ok,
with the mods listed in my sig, what should the stall rating be on the tc i get be? i am trying to get better milage and travel at highway speeds at lower rpm.
Right now i am looking at the Hughes Performance tc with a stall rating of 1200 rpm? or the Spec-rite tc which has a stall rating of 1800-2300 rpm?
I do not know much about this stuff, so if i am totally pointed in the wrong direction then please help..
thanks!

You want 1200 rpm or lower. The 18-2300 rpm is for a gas application.
