My getrag is stuck in 5th gear what do I do?

 

You may be able to pull the shifter out and with screwdriver pop it back in neutral then put the shifter back in

 

my getrag gets stuck in 5th gear somtimes but when it does i just have to push it forward over towards the passenger side and down and it comes right out you can try that it works for me good luck

 

it happened to me i shove in on it pop the clutch let it stall and then it comes rite out of it

 

I got it out finally by pulling the shifter out and messing with it. the weird thing is, I was shifting from second to third and I thought I just messed up shifting but when I tried to pull it out it wouldnt come out and it was in the 3rd position but definitely 5th gear
