Correct amount of freon
Get a wiring diagram, trace the wires... It may take a little bit of guessing out of the mix. I'm guessing the two small wires are the compressor coil wires but I couldn't imagine what the heavier gauge wire would be for. Ever think the switch in the back of the blend control is bad?

Took two pictures of the same diagram. It's for 92-93 pick ups. Not quite diesel specific so idk if a diesel would actually have a WOT cut out relay like the diagram or if it's built into the PCM and goes off of TPS signal. Still no 3rd wire depicted tho... I do believe the black thing is the cycling switch.

If you have an e-mail PM it to me and I'll send those pics over to you thru e-mail. They dramatically degraded the quality of that pic

Has any one here tried out Enviro-Safe (ES-12a) in their truck heard its some cold stuff comparable to r12 and colder than 134 o and here is a link for AC parts for are trucks AC Compressor | Evaporator Core | Fuel Pump | Condenser | Water Pump | Clutch just ordered a new system for my truck original r12 and the compressor locked up yesterday when it was 98 out
OK, I did the ISO relay, hooked it up as the link said(BIG OLE THANKS ROCKY!!!) and the compressor is running, but doesn't seem to be cycling. Could this be right? My a/c is barely cool, It won't take any more freon, I got 10 psi while the comp is running, and it baries the needle when I shut the comp. off while the truck is still running. Thanks again Rocky. Any help as always is GREATLYYYYYYY appreciated!
