Speedo works but Odometer doesn't

Speedo works but Odometer doesn't
I am not real familiar with how dodge drives the odometer vs the speedometer but the odometer in my truck stopped working and my speedo still does.
How can I get my Odometer back?
Typically with light duty Ford/GM stuff they are both driven off of the cable coming from the tailshaft of the tranny but apparently not in this case!
